A U.S. Marine Corps Marine Air Defense Integrated System Mk1 assigned to 3rd Littoral Anti-Air Battalion, 3rd Marine Littoral Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, is staged to conduct point defense in support of counter-unmanned aerial system operations as part of Weapons and Tactics Instructor course 1-26 near Wellton, Arizona, Oct. 7, 2025. WTI is a seven-week training event hosted by Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One (MAWTS-1) which emphasizes operational integration of the six functions of Marine aviation in support of the Marine Air Ground Task Force, Joint and Coalition Forces.
