U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Col. Osman Sesay gives his remarks after a six-mile conditioning hike on Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Jan. 26, 2024. Conditioning hikes consist of carrying heavy loads for long distances to test and improve physical fitness, mental fortitude, and unit comradery.
